Eco-Revive has so far made waves in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, winning the Innovation Grant Prize for Climate-Smart Entrepreneurship, securing 1st Runner-Up at the National Business Idea Competition 2024 and winning the Nature Based Solution Grant by IDEI and ICIMOD. The startup has participated in leading accelerator programs, Incubation training, Elevator Program and policy dialogues.
Climate Smart Entrepreneurship provides a platform for innovators, ideators, and entrepreneurs who are transforming and reorienting entrepreneurial development under the realities of climate change. It is a collaborative space where the youths who are determined to address the pressing environmental and climatic concerns co-create solutions that are innovative and sustainable. Climate Smart Entrepreneurship is one of the key components of Nepali Yuwa in Climate Action and Green Growth (NYCAGG) project. Funded by European Union, the major purpose of this project is to promote the involvement of Nepali youths in green growth, environmental protection, and combating climate change. NYCAGG project is a four-year-long project that will be implemented in Madhesh Province-2022, Karnali Province-2023, and Sudurpaschim Province-2024 respectively through the Consortium Lead – Youth Innovation Lab (YI-Lab) and Consortium Partners – Restless Development, CREASION, and CDMS.
The Nepalese young Entrepreneurs’ Forum (NYEF) in collaboration with ILO-SALE
Project organized The National Business Idea Competition on February 14th at the Everest Hotel Kathmandu, marked a significant milestone in fostering entrepreneurship and innovation.
Out of a pool of 250 applicants, the top 20 were selected for intensive mentoring, culminating in a pitching competition where the top 7 emerged as the standout finalists. Our Eco-revive was first runner-up, awarded a cash prize of Rs. 15,000 NPR and additional in-kind prizes.
The National Agri-Innovation Challenge (NAIC) 2024 was a program in Nepal organized by the Youth Innovation Lab (YILab) in collaboration with the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) to support young agri-entrepreneurs. The challenge involved a 3 days boot-camp and provided grants to the most innovative agri-businesses, including winning startups. The three-day boot camp took place from July 15-17, 2024, in Kathmandu. The challenge featured 40 aspiring agri-entrepreneurs and 21 startups from all seven provinces of Nepal.
Our Ecorevive participated in Nepal Food Forum 2024 as one of the SIF (Science and Innovation Forum) exhibitors, held on September 10, 2024. SIF is one of the flagship event within the Nepal Food Forum (NFF) 2024. SIF united young innovators, esteemed institutions, and pioneering thinkers on a central platform to foster dialogues that convert innovative concepts into tangible investments.
We had exhibition stall at BaYu Sambaad on 26 April,2025 in Hotel Everest, Madan Bhandari Road, Kathmandu. The Children and Youth (BaYu) Summit was successfully organized ahead of the Sagarmatha Sambaad .The event was Jointly organized by the Government of Nepal, FAO Nepal, UNICEF Nepal, other UN agencies, Nepalese Youth for Climate Action (NYCA), Mountain Youth Hub, World Food Forum Nepal, and various youth networks, the Summit brought together children and young people from across the country to voice their concerns, share innovations, and advocate for a climate-resilient future.
The dialogue highlighted the critical impacts of climate change on Children and youth and emphasized their role as active change-makers.
The outcomes of the Summit will be reflected in both national and global climate agendas, marking a significant step forward in strengthening youth participation in decision-making processes.

The Springboard Elevate Programme is a 3-month online fellowship programme that supports purpose-driven social entrepreneurs who lead impact projects that improve the lives of under-represented communities. The programme aims to craft a space for young social entrepreneurs representing or working with under-represented communities to enhance their leadership, storytelling, resource mobilisation skills for venture development.

During the programme, I had the opportunity to engage with a diverse cohort of like-minded individuals, peer entrepreneurs, mentors, and partners who share my commitment to social change. There were weekly community learning series, monthly newsletters, Springboard Support Hub, international opportunities and more.
PUM empowers ambitious entrepreneurs in building a structurally better future for their community: socially, ecologically and economically. We completed online training ‘Design and Manage a Sustainable Community-Based Incubator’ delivered by PUM in cooperation with FNCCI from 27-03-2024 till 01-05-2024.
The Saksham program is a key part of Coca-Cola Nepal’s Women Empowerment initiative, supporting women entrepreneurs in and outside the Kathmandu Valley. In collaboration with Bottlers Nepal Limited and Atelier Platform, the program also provides training in financial literacy, hospitality, and sanitation management to female retailers and small restaurant owners. Ecorevive was selected as one of the participants.
The 2024 program started with an orientation on May 31, followed by expert-led sessions on feminist leadership, company legalities, finance, and the circular economy. This year’s cohort includes 10 women from diverse fields such as agriculture, hydroponics, mental health, and technology. These participants will benefit from bi-weekly sessions and mentorship to develop their entrepreneurial ventures.
This was a six-month program that provided us with mentoring for a period of a total of one year. Every month, we, fellows attended the learning program physically for 3 days, and we had a residential program for 18 days in total. Each one of us were paired with a mentor who was our sounding board for our entrepreneurial journey for 1 year. It is still runnnung. At the end of 6 - 12 months, the we will have an investment-ready-enterprise or a business ready with a product/service to trade in the market. We would be able to pitch his/her business plan to any financial institution or investors.
Selected as one of the fellows in AWE Cohort first batch, Nepal. AWE is a U.S. Department of State Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) initiative supporting women entrepreneurs around the world. The Academy, in support of the White House-led Women’s Global Development and Prosperity Initiative, equip women with the practical skills needed to create sustainable businesses and enterprises. AWE is built around three main goals; to provide online education resources, foster networks that support access to mentorships and connect women through existing exchange programs.
Aarohi: Advancing Women’s Entrepreneurship through Mentorship, Skills, and Collaboration was launched by Finn Church Aid (FCA) in Kathmandu. Designed to transform the entrepreneurial landscape for women across Nepal, the program aims to empower women through strategic mentorship, capacity building, and cross-sector collaboration.
In 2025, ICIMOD, with Industrial Enterprise Development Institute (IEDI), Briddhi and KGS Inc. launched the Nature-Based Solutions Innovation Challenge to support a new generation of entrepreneurs who are building solutions rooted in nature and powered by innovation. EcoRevive was selected as a Top 10 winner at September, 2025 Nature-Based Solutions Innovation Challenge Bootcamp to scale our nature-driven enterprise and take our impact global.
