Domestic Shipping (within Nepal)

Orders placed before 5:00 PM NST (Sunday–Friday) will be processed and dispatched the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with courier tracking details (please check spam/junk if you don’t see it).

Free shipping for orders above NPR 3,000 (within Kathmandu Valley).

Flat rate shipping: Inside Kathmandu Valley: NPR 100, Outside Kathmandu Valley (major cities): NPR 180–250, Remote/rural areas (where available): subject to courier service charges

⚠️ We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Deliveries will only be made to valid street/road addresses.

International Shipping

Currently, we offer limited international shipping on select products.

India: starting from NPR 1,000 (up to 0.5kg).

Other countries: rates will be calculated at checkout (based on courier partner rates & weight).

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees in the destination country, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Eco-friendly Packaging

We pack our orders using recyclable or biodegradable packaging materials such as recycled cardboard boxes, paper fillers, and compostable tapes. Our mission is to minimize plastic use and promote sustainable consumption in Nepal.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our research-based and innovation-driven products, we cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind purchases. This helps reduce waste generated from reverse logistics in Nepal’s fragile supply chain.

However, we will:

• Replace any defective, expired, or damaged product.

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the package and a description of the issue.

Payment Options

Cash on Delivery (COD) – available across Nepal via courier partners.

Bank Transfer / eSewa / Khalti / ConnectIPS – accepted for prepaid orders.
